The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or E-Mail addresses) are raised, this takes place, as far as possible, always non-obligatory. Specifically, this applies to the online registration for tournament events. The credentials are entered in the SSL-encrypted form and sent by the server via "E-Mail Made in Germany". Recipient and processor is the tournament organizer named in the invitation. These data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, but only serve the preparation of the tournament.
Please note that data transmission over the Internet (for example, when communicating by e-mail) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.
When participating in any of the tournaments, player data will be published in tournament statistics and results. For this purpose, a player profile with first name, name, club and carromnation is created at carrom.de website and in the SOL database. Information about the web application can be found at https://bitbucket.org/lele/sol. Furthermore photos / videos of the event will be published in the coverage. Obligatory before tournament participation is for each carrom player the submission of a refusal / restriction / consent to data processing. There is more insight into the data processing process in carrom tournaments.
If there are questions in advance or if you wish to have access to the data processing structure, please contact the DCV President by email to email@example.com.
